אני תמיד ידעתי ש2.5% זה לא מדוייק רק שהכי קל באופן גס לחלק את סך האחוזים ל2, לא עשיתי איזה חישוב מדוייק רק לסבר את האוזן.
אשמח לשמוע את פירוט החישוב איך הגעת לזה שזה 3.1% מעניין מאד.כיון שהריבית על 100,000 קל"צ ל30 שנה היא כ93,000
כך שאם תחלק את זה ל30 הרי 3.1%.
