חשוב להשים לב שמי שפותח עוסק יכול להיות שיתבטל לו ההנחה של הביטו"ל לאברכים [אם הוא מחוייב גיוס].גם עוסק זעיר שאין לו הכנסות והוא לא צריך רו"ח,
אבל הוא צריך לדווח בסוף שנה על ההכנסות שלו.
ואם הוא לא מדווח, זה כבר בעיה.יכול להיות שהוא יקבל הצהרת הון,
