אשמח לידע הנרחב של משתתפי הפורום.
דירה שניה, אם אני מעביר אותה על שם הבת שלי כשהיא תגיע לגיל 18, ו'היא' תמכור אותה, האם יהיה מוטל עליה לשלם מיסים, או שזה כמו שאני קונה לה דירה.
שאלה שניה, אם תהיה לה דירה חוץ מהדירה הזאת, האם צריך לשלם מיסים על דירה שקבלו במתנה.
