למה בנק ישראל לא מתערב בשער הדולר? והאם השער הזה מקרב הורדת ריבית נוספת?

לטענתו הוא מתערב רק בזמנים שיש ספיקולציות בשוק ולא במצב שהאירוע הוא כלכלי .
וברור שזה מקרב הורדת ריבית , כי ריבית היא הרבה יותר משמעותית לשוק ממכירה של דולר , בסוף קשה מאוד להשפיע על שוק המט"ח גם לבנק ישראל שיש לו רזרבות מט"ח מהגדולות בעולם ביחס לתוצר .
