לא יכיר במה???? בהלוואה מסחרית הבנק לא מבקש שום אסמכתא למה עושים עם הכסף. רק הצהרה. פשוט לא נכון. ההלוואה תינתן בכל מקרה
@מבין-עניין כוונתי היא שאם לא יחזירו את ההלוואה הזו עד עוד 3 שנים שכבר תהיה משכנתא על הדירה, הבנק לא יהפוך גם את ההלוואה הזו לחלק מהמשכנתא. מקווה שהייתי ברור...
