לכלכליסט נודע שהרשות לאכיפה במקרקעין עורכת בימים אלה סקר ל־6,000 מבנים בעיר בני ברק, ובכוונתה להקשות, בתיאום עם הרשות המקומית, על הסחירות של דירות שנעשו בהן תוספות מסוכנות, באמצעות הערת אזהרה. ההבנה היא שלא ניתן לייצר מצב של הריסה גורפת של בנייה לא חוקית במבנים למגורים.
